Assignment Management

Every job starts with an assignment. Create assignments with a title, description, customer link, contact person, and location address. Assign one or multiple team members, set start and due dates, and track progress through statuses — active, completed, or invoiced. Add internal notes and photos directly on the assignment for documentation.

Time Tracking

Log hours directly on assignments or as standalone entries. Each time entry records the date, duration, optional note, and whether it's billable. Weekly overviews show each team member's logged hours per day. Billable entries track their billing status — unbilled, in draft, or invoiced — so you always know what's been billed and what hasn't.
