A dedicated portal for your subcontractors and external partners

Partners get their own login at a separate portal URL. The interface is clean and focused — partners only see what's relevant to them. They can view their connected organizations, see assigned work, and submit new work requests. No access to your team's internal data, assignments, or financials.

Partners submit structured work requests with a title, description, and street address. They can propose multiple preferred dates and even select a preferred team member if you've made employee visibility available. Image uploads let partners document the work needed before you even visit the site.

When submitting a work request, partners can browse your team's calendar to find available dates. The availability view shows which days are open, partially booked, or fully booked — helping partners choose realistic dates without back-and-forth communication.

Every incoming work request lands in your review queue. Accept a request to create an assignment from it, decline with a note, or request changes. The partner is notified of your decision. You stay in full control of what gets scheduled.

A single partner account can connect to multiple organizations. This is ideal for subcontractors who work with several companies — they log in once and switch between organizations from their portal. Each connection is managed independently with its own invite code.

Control the partner module to fit your workflow. Choose whether work requests require approval before becoming assignments. Enable or disable image uploads. Set how many days ahead partners can request work. Each setting can be adjusted at any time as your needs change.
